MOBILITY

Mobility is a key factor both in how a territory is shaped and in people’s quality of life. We define strategies and plans that bring together the different modes of transport, working from an analysis of travel patterns and aiming to improve the accessibility, efficiency and sustainability of the system.

We approach mobility on multiple scales, from urban areas to entire regions, combining analysis, planning and the definition of measures. This way of working turns the diagnosis into concrete actions and supports their rollout with monitoring and management tools.

Mobility planning and workplace travel plans

We produce mobility plans at different scales and define comprehensive strategies that address the system as a whole. We analyse the current situation, identify the problems and set out measures to improve accessibility and optimise how the system works overall.

This includes developing Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP), regional plans and workplace travel plans.

Mobility in specific settings

We analyse the mobility linked to specific settings, such as new developments, activity hubs or major events.

We assess their impact on the existing system and define operational and organisational measures to ensure it runs properly, safely and efficiently.

Urban mobility strategy and management

We design strategies for the transition towards more sustainable mobility models, including the introduction of Low Emission Zones and other management measures.

We assess their impact and make sure they are consistent with how the mobility system works as a whole.

Accessibility and territorial cohesion

We analyse how accessible services, facilities and opportunities are across different areas, assessing travel times and connectivity.

We identify territorial imbalances and propose measures to improve cohesion and ensure more balanced access.

Mobility management and monitoring

We support public authorities in the ongoing management of mobility, providing technical assistance and decision-making tools. This includes mobility offices and observatories, as well as support for traffic management centres.

We carry out monitoring, analysis and decision support, adapting policies as the system evolves.

Mobility data and tools

We build digital tools to analyse and manage mobility information in an integrated way.

This includes GIS viewers and dashboards for visualising travel patterns, tracking indicators and testing scenarios.
